In light of recent events surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to assure our customers that MDS is prepared for a coordinated business continuity response should it be required. Our priorities are the health and wellbeing of our employees and continuity of service to our customers. We have reviewed our Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Risk Assessments to ensure that we are able to maintain services levels, operations and access to Datacentres. We have also aligned ourselves to the guidance and advice of the Authorities and Health Professionals to reduce the spread and risk of infection through Social Distancing and already have a number of colleagues working from home where appropriate. The technology deployed and robust structure of our organisation means we are able to respond with agility to the potential impacts of a dynamically changing situation. We are continually monitoring developments, will review and respond to changes as required with a continual focus on risk reduction and mitigation whilst maintaining service levels.
