Secure Guard Management

MDS provides a managed service to enhance the installation and support of the Deep Secure Guard services. This service relates to the Secure Cross Domain Guard, Secure File Transfer Diode and Secure Transformation Guard services.

Working in partnership with Deep Secure, MDS provides a fully managed service within the customer’s environment to ensure that the guard operates smoothly throughout its life. MDS will work with the customer to install and configure the Guard; including supporting the customer through the decision making process and helping to configure the Guard to work alongside the customer’s other Cloud services. MDS also provides an on-going service through our ITIL aligned 24/7 Service Desk, working closely with the Deep Secure product support team, if required, to escalate issues and manage resolution of all Incidents and Problems.
